CDP Health is committed to the health of our patients, our employees and the communities we serve. We will continue to update the public with the most current coronavirus information. The symptoms of COVID-19 can vary from mild to severe respiratory illness.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include a fever of 100.4° or higher, congestion, cough or sore throat, shortness of breath chills, muscle pains, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, new headache or excessive fatigue. If you have these symptoms, call 605-698-7681 and our providers will evaluate your symptoms, explain your best course of action, and help to determine your next steps.

You may be asked the following questions:

  • Do you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sore throat or unexplained loss of taste or smell?
  • Have you been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19? (Close contact means having been within 6 feet of that person for an extended time, or have you been exposed to coughs or sneezes.)
  • Have you been notified by a public health official that you have potentially been exposed to COVID-19?

CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY if you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms like:

  • Extreme difficulty breathing
  • Constant chest pain or pressure
  • Severe, constant dizziness or lightheadedness
  • Slurred speech
  • Difficulty waking up
